INLINETECH

Terms of Service

Terms for using our website, contacting our team, and choosing optional text messages.

Effective September 30, 2026

1. Website terms and contact

These terms govern use of inlinetech.co, operated by InlineTech in New York. By using the website, you agree to these website terms to the extent permitted by applicable law. If you disagree, please discontinue use. Contact info@inlinetech.co, (516) 929-8600, or 665 Hillside Ave. #157, New Hyde Park, NY 11040 with questions.

You must be legally able to agree to these terms. If you act for an organization, you must be authorized to do so. This website is intended for business inquiries and is not directed to children.

2. Services require a separate agreement

A contact submission, consultation request, or website description does not create a client relationship or an obligation to begin work. Project scope, fees, payment, coverage hours, response expectations, deliverables, licensing, confidentiality, data protection, intellectual property ownership, warranties, and termination are established in a separate written service agreement. That agreement controls the services if its terms differ from these website terms.

Services and product availability vary by requirements, provider offerings, and agreed scope. The site does not promise round-the-clock support, uninterrupted systems, guaranteed recovery, security against every threat, specific search rankings, or a particular business result. No emergency support should be requested through the general inquiry form.

3. General information and regulated work

Website articles and service descriptions provide general technology information, not legal, medical, financial, or regulatory advice. Technical assistance with compliance does not certify a business or guarantee regulatory approval. AI outputs can be incomplete or inaccurate and require appropriate human review. Consult qualified advisers about obligations specific to your business.

Do not submit protected health information, credentials, payment details, or other sensitive records through this form. Regulated work requires agreed safeguards and applicable written arrangements before data is exchanged.

4. Acceptable use and submissions

Use the site lawfully. Do not attempt unauthorized access, disrupt operation, distribute malicious software, evade security controls, impersonate another person, infringe rights, or send spam. Provide accurate contact information and submit only material you have authority to share. We may restrict access reasonably necessary to address misuse or protect the site.

You retain your rights in information you submit. You authorize us to use and process it as reasonably needed to respond, operate the inquiry process, and manage related business communications, as described in our Privacy Policy. Sending unsolicited material does not create a confidentiality agreement. Client confidentiality obligations belong in the applicable service agreement.

5. Ownership and trademarks

InlineTech owns or licenses its original website design, branding, and content. You may view and use the site to evaluate our services. Commercial reproduction or redistribution of our original materials requires permission, except where applicable law permits it.

All third-party product names, logos, trademarks, and other brand materials belong to their respective owners. Their appearance identifies technologies we support or discuss. It does not imply sponsorship, endorsement, affiliation, certification, or a formal partnership. Third-party products remain subject to their owners’ licenses and terms.

6. News and external resources

External links and attributed headlines are provided for convenience. Publishers retain their rights, and their websites have separate terms and privacy practices. We do not control their content or availability and do not endorse every linked item. Headline dates and availability may depend on the source feed.

7. Privacy and accessibility

Our Privacy Policy explains information handling. Our Accessibility Statement explains our approach and how to request assistance or report a barrier. Contact us if you need another way to obtain website information or submit an inquiry.

Text messaging terms

If you opt in and messaging is available, InlineTech may send text messages to the number you provide. Service texts cover inquiry responses, appointment coordination, and service updates. Promotional texts may include offers and company updates. Each category has a separate optional checkbox on our contact form.

Text messaging begins only after InlineTech has configured its messaging service and completed the applicable registration and approval process.

Consent is your choice

By selecting a category and submitting the form, you authorize InlineTech to send messages in that category to your provided number, including through automated technology. Neither checkbox is selected by default. Consent is not a condition of purchase, and you can contact us or buy services without agreeing to texts. You confirm that you are authorized to provide the number and consent. Contact us if the number changes or is reassigned.

Frequency and charges

Message frequency varies with your inquiry, services, and selected preferences. Message and data rates may apply under your mobile plan. Check with your carrier about charges. Delivery is not guaranteed, and carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Opting out

Reply STOP to any InlineTech text to opt out of future messages. You may receive one confirmation of your opt-out. You can also contact info@inlinetech.co or call (516) 929-8600 to withdraw consent. After opting out, do not expect further promotional or service texts unless you provide new consent.

Privacy and changes

We do not share mobile phone information, SMS opt-in data, or consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Service providers may process information solely as needed to operate messaging on our behalf. Read our Privacy policy for details.

We may update these terms as the program changes. Material changes to the purposes of messaging require appropriate notice and consent.

8. Website availability and warranties

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the website and its general informational content are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not warrant uninterrupted access, complete accuracy, or freedom from errors, and disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and noninfringement for website use where legally permitted. We may correct, update, suspend, or remove website material.

These provisions do not limit an express warranty or service obligation in a separate written agreement, or any warranty or right that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.

9. Limits of liability and protected rights

To the extent permitted by applicable law, InlineTech is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of this informational website, including loss caused by reliance on general content or interrupted access. Service-related liability is governed by the applicable written agreement.

Nothing here excludes liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, gross negligence, or another matter that cannot lawfully be excluded. Nothing waives mandatory consumer protections, statutory remedies, accessibility rights, or other nonwaivable rights under New York or applicable US law. Where a limitation is unenforceable, it applies only to the extent the law permits.

10. New York law and disputes

New York law governs these website terms, excluding conflict-of-law rules, subject to mandatory law that applies. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve a website concern. If a court proceeding is necessary, the parties may seek relief in a court with appropriate jurisdiction in New York, subject to applicable jurisdiction, venue, and protected rights. These terms do not impose mandatory arbitration or waive access to a court.

11. Changes and interpretation

We may revise these terms by posting an updated effective date and providing additional notice when required. Changes do not retroactively expand text message consent or override an existing signed service agreement. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective to the extent permitted by law. Failure to enforce a provision does not waive the right to enforce it later.
