1. Scope and contact information
This policy describes how InlineTech handles personal information through inlinetech.co and related business inquiries. It does not replace confidentiality, data processing, or security terms in a separate client agreement. Contact InlineTech at info@inlinetech.co, (516) 929-8600, or 665 Hillside Ave. #157, New Hyde Park, NY 11040.
2. Information we collect
- Information you submit: name, email, inquiry, selected service, and any company or phone number you provide.
- Communication and consent records: correspondence, separate service and promotional text choices, the disclosure and form version, source page, and submission records.
- Technical information: hosting and form infrastructure may process IP addresses, browser and device information, request times, delivery records, and security logs.
We receive information directly from you and automatically through the infrastructure that operates this site. Please do not submit passwords, payment card details, Social Security numbers, medical records, or other sensitive or regulated information through the general contact form. A healthcare engagement may require a separate business associate agreement and an approved communication channel.
3. Why we use information
We use information to answer inquiries, evaluate requested services, schedule conversations, manage business communications, maintain appropriate records, operate and secure the website, prevent abuse, and meet applicable legal obligations. We use promotional SMS consent only for the promotional purposes you select. An inquiry does not automatically enroll you in promotional texts.
We do not use contact form submissions to train a public AI model. An AI or automation project involving client information requires its own agreed scope and appropriate data handling arrangements.
4. Hosting, forms, and disclosures
The website is configured for Netlify hosting and Netlify Forms. When deployed with form handling enabled, Netlify receives and stores submissions and processes technical information for hosting, delivery, and spam prevention. Authorized InlineTech personnel and service providers supporting our business communications may access information as needed for those purposes. Notification delivery depends on the business settings configured for the form.
We may disclose information to professional advisers subject to confidentiality, to comply with legal process or applicable law, to investigate misuse, or to protect rights and safety. If our business is reorganized or transferred, information may be transferred subject to applicable law and appropriate notice. This does not authorize unrelated marketing by another party.
We do not sell personal information collected through this website or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not share mobile information, SMS opt-in data, or consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Messaging providers may process that information solely to provide services on our behalf, subject to appropriate restrictions. SMS consent is not transferred to authorize another business’s marketing.
5. Text message choices
Service texts and promotional texts have separate, optional, unchecked consent choices. Neither is a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to withdraw consent or HELP for assistance when messaging is active. You can also contact us directly. See the text messaging section of our Terms of Service.
We retain an appropriate record of consent and withdrawal to honor your choices and meet legal requirements. A deletion request may not require us to erase a suppression record needed to prevent further messages.
6. Cookies and external websites
We have not added advertising trackers or third-party analytics to this website. The site does not intentionally set advertising or analytics cookies. Hosting and security providers may use technical mechanisms necessary for operation and abuse prevention. Browser settings can limit cookies; doing so may affect some services.
Public news feeds are requested on our server. External headlines lead to publisher websites with their own policies. We do not control third-party sites. We will update this policy and provide legally required choices before materially changing our use of tracking tools.
7. Retention and security
We keep information for the time reasonably needed for its stated purpose, considering the status of an inquiry or client relationship, legal and contractual requirements, consent evidence, dispute resolution, and security needs. Records are reviewed for deletion or de-identification when no longer needed; legal holds and limited backup retention may delay removal.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the information and business operations, including access restrictions and encrypted website transport. We evaluate applicable security and breach notification obligations, including New York requirements, when handling covered information. No website, email, or storage system can guarantee complete security. Report a suspected issue to info@inlinetech.co without including the sensitive information itself.
8. Privacy requests and applicable rights
You may ask to access, correct, or delete information you provided, or withdraw an optional communication preference, by emailing info@inlinetech.co with the subject “Privacy request.” Describe the request and provide enough contact information to locate the relevant record. We may reasonably verify your identity or an authorized agent’s authority without requesting unnecessary sensitive information.
We respond as required by applicable law. Certain US state laws may provide additional rights, such as obtaining a copy of information, appealing a denied request, or opting out of specified processing, when those laws apply to our business and your circumstances. We honor rights that apply and explain any lawful reason for declining a request, including an available appeal process. You may contact the relevant state regulator about an unresolved concern. We will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right.
Access and deletion may be limited by legal obligations, another person’s rights, security needs, or records necessary to establish or defend a legal claim. Browser Do Not Track signals do not currently have a uniform implementation standard; the site has no advertising or sale/sharing activity requiring an opt-out signal.
9. Children and processing locations
The site is intended for business audiences, not children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted information, contact us so we can investigate and remove it as appropriate.
Our business operates in the United States. Hosting and communication providers may process information in the United States or other locations where they operate, subject to applicable requirements and their service arrangements.
10. Policy changes
The effective date identifies the current policy. We post updates here and provide additional notice or obtain consent when required for a material change. A policy update does not expand existing SMS consent to a new marketing purpose.
