INLINETECH

Accessibility Statement

We want everyone to be able to learn about our services and contact our team.

Effective September 30, 2026

Our commitment

InlineTech aims to provide an accessible website and reasonable assistance to people with disabilities. We consider applicable obligations under the Americans with Disabilities Act and New York law. Our design and development target the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA as a practical technical benchmark.

Accessibility is ongoing work. This statement describes our approach and a way to request help; it is not a certification that every page, device, or assistive technology combination meets every requirement.

Features designed to support access

  • Semantic headings, landmarks, descriptive links, and a skip link to the main content.
  • Keyboard navigation, visible focus states, and controls for automatic technology scrolling.
  • Reduced motion support for animated and parallax elements.
  • Responsive layouts, labeled form controls, and clear validation and submission feedback.
  • Text alternatives for meaningful imagery and decorative treatment for nonessential artwork.

Review and improvements

We use automated accessibility checks and manual reviews of representative pages, keyboard interactions, mobile layouts, and contact form behavior. Automated testing does not identify every barrier. We welcome reports from people using screen readers, magnification, voice input, or other assistive technology and use that feedback to guide improvements.

Linked publisher websites and external services are operated by others. If an external resource creates a barrier to information about our services, contact us for assistance.

Request help or report a barrier

Email info@inlinetech.co with the subject “Website accessibility,” or call (516) 929-8600. You may also write to InlineTech, 665 Hillside Ave. #157, New Hyde Park, NY 11040.

Please share the page URL, the task you were trying to complete, a description of the issue, and a preferred way to contact you. Device, browser, or assistive technology details are helpful but optional. You do not need to disclose a diagnosis or medical information.

We will review the request, discuss reasonable assistance, and work to address barriers. You can ask for information in another format or contact us directly if the online form is difficult to use. Our Privacy Policy applies to information you provide.
